Track Light Coolers

A bit comparable to spot light coolers are the needs around LED track light cooling. Also here we see the need to inclined angles of the light beams, so perfect cooling under tilted positioning. An open structure to allow free air convection is the key element in these, although even a standard extruded cooler with solid core would also do the job if you over-dimention the cooling performance enough. In that case we suggest to run a computational thermal modelling CFD in advance, to understand the impact and need on cooling performance before making the final design.

Let this not scare you away - NRE development charges are reasonable as well as custom moldings, which allow that projects of just a few thousand pieces per year can already turn-out a reasonable ROI.
